Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

We take pride in the quality of our products and services. Due to the nature of our digital and physical resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased or received.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a physical product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at candychristophespeaks@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement.

3. Pre-Order and Digital Products

Pre-orders and digital downloads are non-refundable. Once access is granted or the product is delivered via email or download link, no cancellations or refunds will be processed. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
